Target Optical in Orlando is seeking a Licensed Store Manager to lead a team of sales associates and optical staff. You will deliver an outstanding guest experience, meet goals, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage schedules, payroll, coaching, and performance reviews, recruit top talent, and drive growth through effective merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Optician license or ABO/NC certification as required by state law.
• 5+ years experience in customer service and retail.
• 3+ years management or supervisory experience.
• Recruiting, selection and development of talent.
• Selling skills.
• Motivating and influencing others.

Responsabilités

• Delivers outstanding guest experience by coaching team to meet brand standards.
• Creates schedules, forecasts guest flow, and manages payroll weekly.
• Leads performance reviews and monthly coaching conversations.
• Recruits and develops talent to build a strong team.
• Ensures merchandising and store presentation align with promotions.
• Maintains relationships with optical doctor partners where applicable.
