• Sets clear expectations for Guest Ready standards and store performance.
• Coaches Team Members and creates clear development action plans.
• Maintains staffing and scheduling to match trends and guest flow.
• Conducts payroll processing and new hire paperwork weekly.
• Reviews performance and provides timely feedback to teams.
• Maintains merchandise standards and supports promotional programs.
• Develops professional relationships with doctors where applicable to support eye care services.
