Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and guide customers through eyewear choices with expert care. You will coach Opticians on the sales floor, ensure precise measurements and fittings, and uphold our optical standards across the store.

The ideal candidate brings a dispensing license or ABO certification with 2+ years in management, and a passion for eyewear and retail excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Active dispensing license in required states.
• ABO certification preferred for non-licensing states.
• Proven leadership experience in optical retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Opticians and coach them on floor performance.
• Ensure high-quality measurements, fittings, and accuracy for eyewear.
• Explain prescription terms and product options to customers.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, and HR-related processes.
