Job summary

Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team. You will coach and manage the Opticians, consult customers on eyewear selections, and ensure exceptional experiences for every guest.

A licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified professional with strong leadership will thrive in this role. You will drive service standards, mentor the team, and collaborate with the Store Leader to ensure smooth operations and inventory control in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
• 2+ years in a management position leading a team of Opticians.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Directly serve customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop the Optician team and oversee store operations.
• Support store policies, HR processes, and general operations.
