Job summary

Warby Parker in Buffalo is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-store Optical team. You will coach the Opticians and consult customers to ensure they leave excited and confident about their glasses.

The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states) with 2+ years in a management role, a passion for eyewear, and a commitment to high standards and customer service.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Experience managing a team of Opticians (2+ years).
• Strong customer-focused approach with eyewear expertise.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet all of their eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the floor.
