Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years in a management position leading a team of Opticians.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching abilities.
• Professional demeanor with clear communication to customers and staff.
• Commitment to optical standards and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead the store's Opticians and provide coaching on the floor.
• Consult customers on eyewear, take measurements, and ensure accurate fitting.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Monitor optical standards and support store systems and operations.
• Oversee staffing needs and manage the Optician Apprentice Program.
