Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Licensed Optical Manager to lead our Rockefeller Center Optical team. You will coach and work alongside Opticians, assist customers with eyewear needs, and ensure products meet optical standards.

You will drive excellent service, manage staff, and coordinate with leadership on staffing and store operations while upholding Warby Parker's standards of care and quality.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• 2+ years in a management position leading a team of opticians.

Responsibilities

• Directly work with customers to meet eyewear needs and explain prescription terminology.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy, ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards.
• Lead and develop the Opticians team, provide feedback, and uphold service standards.
• Coordinate with Store Leader on staffing and store operations, including apprenticeship programs.
