Qualifications

• Licensed optician in the state and active license.
• 1 year of optical experience.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions and orders against the doctor’s prescription.
• Assist customers with lenses and frame selections and provide service by phone/in person.
• Interpret prescriptions, perform measurements, and recommend eyewear options.
• Process sales, update orders, and handle payments accurately.
• Fittings, adjustments, repairs, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and store policies.
