Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare, Inc. seeks an Office Manager to lead a location’s operations and deliver a world-class Total Patient Experience. You will drive retail sales and profitability while supporting patients' medical needs.

You will manage staff, merchandising, inventory, training, safety, HIPAA/OSHA compliance, and daily operations, with travel to other locations as needed to carry out essential duties.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Industry-related experience preferred.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through the effective execution of Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor(s) and act as liaison between doctor and office team.
• Human Resource Management: recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Exercise judgment to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth and motivate staff.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety rules and compliance (HIPAA/OSHA).
• Oversee day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, inventory, supply orders, and training.
