Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare is seeking an Office Manager to deliver a world class Total Patient Experience while driving office sales and profitability. You will manage all operations of a clinic location, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA.

This role requires leadership, HR management, and the ability to partner with physicians. You’ll oversee scheduling, inventory, training, and safety, with a focus on revenue growth and exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role within a clinical or retail setting.
• Background check as required by state.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
• Industry related experience will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and profitability of the office through Total Patient Experience.
• Serve as liaison between doctors and office team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the office staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, safety, and cash handling compliance.
• Manage scheduling, meetings, inventory, and training.
