Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current Real Estate license is required.
• Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic preferred.
• Familiarity with CMA and data-driven selling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide literature, POS information, and handouts.
• Demonstrate models, homes, and sites; discuss floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales with customer satisfaction.
• Refer financing questions to KBHS and coordinate with lender.
• Document sales, follow up on loan applications, and monitor sales/cancellations.
• Conduct weekly follow-up calls with buyers until closing.
• Host grand openings and community events; maintain marketing materials.
• Generate prospects through networking and referrals; use CMA and data tools to sell homes.
