Job summary

Wealthfront Mortgage Operations (MOps) in Seattle seeks a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. You will guide existing Wealthfront clients through intake, disclosures, and closing with the support of our technology, delivering excellent service while ensuring compliance.

A 4+ year background in lending and strong knowledge of Conventional/Conforming and Jumbo guidelines is required. You will operate in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment that rewards critical thinking,

Qualifications

Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and active license.
At least 4 years of mortgage lending experience.
Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines.
Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Support and educate clients through intake, and finalize loan closing.
Ensure initial application data/documents are accurate before submission.
Act as primary contact and set clear client expectations on timelines.
Deliver initial loan disclosures timely and comply with regulatory requirements.
Work independently on standard files, escalate questions as needed.
Ensure all loans originate in full compliance with regulations.
Model company values in decisions and interactions.
Foster a positive environment emphasizing diversity, collaboration and growth.
