Wealthfront MOps seeks a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator to join a fast-growing, tech-enabled mortgage team. You will work with Wealthfront clients, guiding them through intake, disclosures, and closing with excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of mortgage experience, deep knowledge of licensing, TRID/HMDA, and underwriting guidelines. This role emphasizes collaboration, independence, and adapting to industry changes within a cross-functional

Qualifications

• Mortgage Loan Originator License required.
• 4+ years of mortgage experience.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines.
• Deep understanding of TRID and HMDA regulations.
• Experience in wholesale or correspondent channels.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and educate clients through intake and closing.
• Ensure all initial data and documents are accurate before submission.
• Act as primary point of contact and set clear client expectations.
• Deliver initial loan disclosures in a timely, compliant manner.
• Operate independently on standard files and escalate when needed.
• Ensure all loans originate in full compliance with regulations.
