Job summary

Wealthfront MOps is seeking a licensed loan production partner to join our mortgage operations team. You will work with Wealthfront clients guiding them through the process with our technology and tools, ensuring compliance and timely communication throughout origination and disclosures.

This role requires a Mortgage Loan Originator License, 4+ years in lending, and strong knowledge of conventional and jumbo guidelines, plus federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Mortgage Loan Originator License.
• 4+ years of experience in mortgage lending.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines.
• Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support and educate clients through intake and loan closing.
• Ensure data and documents are accurate before submission to Processing.
• Act as primary contact and set clear expectations on timelines.
• Deliver initial loan disclosures on time and adhere to regulations.
• Work independently on standard files and escalate when needed.
• Ensure all loans originate in full compliance with regulations.
• Reflect company values and contribute to a positive environment.
