Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines.
• Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of customer service and interpersonal best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support and educate clients through intake and loan closing.
• Ensure all initial application data and documents are accurate before processing.
• Act as primary point of contact and set clear client expectations on timelines and requirements.
• Deliver initial loan disclosures timely and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Work independently on standard files and escalate as needed.
