Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage origination and licensing with NMLS.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional and Jumbo guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and educate clients through intake and loan closing.
• Ensure all initial data and documents are accurate before processing.
• Act as primary contact and set clear expectations on timelines.
• Deliver initial loan disclosures on time with regulatory compliance.
• Operate independently and escalate questions to team leads as needed.
• Ensure all loans originate in full compliance with regulations.
