Wealthfront is seeking a licensed loan officer assistant to join our Mortgage Operations team in Seattle. You will work closely with Wealthfront clients, guiding them through the loan process with support from our innovative technology and tools.

The role emphasizes strong client service, regulatory knowledge, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale our mortgage lending operations. Applicants should hold a Mortgage Loan Originator License and have 4+ years of experience, with a preference

Responsibilities

Support and educate clients through intake and loan closing.
Verify initial application data accuracy before submission to Processing.
Serve as primary client liaison, setting expectations on timelines and requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of initial loan disclosures in compliance with regulations.
Operate on standard files and escalate for complex questions as needed.
Ensure all loans originate in full compliance with federal and state regulations.
Embed company values in daily work and maintain a positive, inclusive culture.
Contribute to a collaborative and efficient mortgage operations environment.
