Wealthfront MOps seeks a licensed loan officer assistant to join a fast-growing mortgage operations team in San Francisco. You will guide Wealthfront clients through intake and loan closing, using innovative tech to minimize toil and ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Mortgage Loan Originator License and 4+ years of experience, with preference for mortgage broker background. Strong knowledge of TRID/HMDA and state/federal regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Mortgage Loan Originator License and 4+ years of experience.
• Experience at mortgage broker is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of conventional conforming and jumbo guidelines.
• Understanding of state and federal lending regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support and educate clients through intake and loan closing.
• Ensure all data/documents are complete before processing.
• Act as primary client contact and set expectations on timelines.
• Deliver initial loan disclosures timely and compliant with regs.
• Work independently on standard files and escalate when needed.
• Ensure all loans originate in full compliance with laws.
