Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and professional growth for teams. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Graduation from WAC 246-805-210 with 135 hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and staff support as needed.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is accurate and timely.
• Mentor supervisees and support their professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
