Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery across assigned clients, ensuring continuity of care and high-quality outcomes.

You will lead regional teams, coordinate scheduling, monitor documentation, and support supervisees' professional growth while upholding licensure and ethical standards. This role offers flexible scheduling and potential for hybrid work at PBS Corp.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 program with 135 classroom hours in behavior analysis.
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms) is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
