Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp. standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities include coordinating regional teams, maintaining documentation accuracy, and mentoring supervisees while upholding licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC.
• Supervised experience requirement completed per WAC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation - including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms - is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Education

Active state licensure per local requirements

Bachelor's degree

1000 field work hours

1 year ABA experience

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics

Supervised experience per WAC requirements
