Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will support the professional growth of teams and apply strong clinical judgment within PBS Corp.’s standards.

Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged; active licensure is required, with collaboration across regional teams to maintain high performance and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1000 field work hours required.
• One year of ABA experience involving oversight of behavior modification services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program per WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree

1000 field work hours

One year of ABA experience

WAC 246-805-210 – graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220)

Supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230
