We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative who consistently produces at a high level and values strong client relationships. This role focuses on generating new business, maintaining a strong book of business, and delivering solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and fast learner.
• Goal-oriented and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Allstate is a plus.
• Experience using Ricochet360 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business from the provided insurance leads.
• Prepare, quote, and close all prospective leads.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Service existing policies and maintain regular contact with customers to build retention.
• Collaborate with a team of sales professionals.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Insurance Sales Representative who consistently produces at a high level and values strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on generating new business, maintaining a strong book of business, and delivering solutions that meet customers' needs while working alongside a team that operates at a high level, stays consistent, and crushes goals together.

• Base salary: $18.75 - $25.00 Per Hour
