The Colhoun Agency, an Allstate agency, is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Rep to own their success and guide individuals and families to protection that matters. Base salary is $36,000 with first-year earnings between $90,000 and $120,000, plus commissions and bonuses.

You’ll generate new business, close sales, and deliver exceptional service, with top performers earning $225,000+ as you grow your career in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• 1+ years of sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Positive attitude and resilience in a sales environment.
• Proficient with digital tools and client management software.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through sales strategies, inbound calls, paid leads and internal telemarketing.
• Engage prospective clients to quote and close with support from the telemarketing team.
• Conduct insurance reviews and provide personalized coverage recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Use marketing strategies and networking to expand reach and connect with potential clients.
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• New Business Generation: Generate new business through sales strategies, inbound calls, paid leads program and internal telemarketing team to grow your enhanced commission potential.
• Client Acquisition: Engage prospective clients with a boost from our internal telemarketing team to Quote and Close
• Policy Sales: Conduct thorough insurance reviews, provide personalized coverage recommendations, and close sales.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, promptly address inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Marketing and Network Building: Utilize marketing strategies and networking opportunities to expand your reach and connect with potential clients.
• Continuing Education: Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and licensing requirements to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice

Requirements

• Licensing: An active Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Sales Experience:1+ years of sales experience is required.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
