Qualifications

• Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
• Present and explain policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions clearly.
• Process applications and ensure accurate data entry.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Basic computer proficiency

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
