gobravvo is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative in Tulsa, OK to join our in-office agency team. The CSR will assist policyholders with Property & Casualty, Life and Health insurance needs, ensuring accurate, courteous, and prompt service as part of a growth-focused practice.

Ideal candidates hold active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, excel in communication, and can manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer experiences to the local Tulsa

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Active Life and Health license required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with insurance customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Respond promptly to inquiries about availability, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate clients about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client communications in agency systems.
• Collaborate with team to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, and industry developments.
• Provide timely activity reports to the agency principal or agent.
