Job summary

Accounting Search is helping a premier HVAC and sheet metal contractor in the Greater Boston area find a Licensed Project Manager. The role oversees a pipeline of multi-million dollar installations and leads a small team of PMs to deliver on time and on budget.

You will manage budgets, labor, and materials, ensure high-quality workmanship, and drive profitability with performance-based commissions. A valid HVAC or sheet metal license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Sheet metal or HVAC license is required.
• Experience in managing large, high‑value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong understanding of job costing, project netting, and budget management.
• Ability to lead a small, established team and maintain morale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate large-scale HVAC and sheet metal installations from inception to final inspection.
• Lead a small team of up to three Project Managers to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit margins and trigger commissions.
• Ensure installations meet our 35-year standard and comply with codes.
