• Pipeline Management: Oversee and coordinate large-scale HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from inception to final inspection.
• Team Leadership: Work within a small team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Profitability & Efficiency: Manage project budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit margins and trigger commission bonuses.
• Quality Control: Ensure installations meet our 35-year standard and comply with state/local codes.
