Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Licensed Project Manager to lead large-scale HVAC and sheet metal installations in the Greater Boston area. You will oversee a pipeline of projects, collaborate with a small PM team, and ensure high-quality work that meets stringent standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Sheetmetal or HVAC license.
• Proven track record managing high‑value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong understanding of job costing and budgets.
• Ability to lead and sustain morale in a small management team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC/sheet metal installations from inception to final inspection.
• Lead and coordinate a tight-knit team of up to three PMs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, labor, and materials to maximize profitability and trigger bonuses.
• Ensure installations meet 35-year standard and comply with state/local codes.
