Qualifications

• Active Sheetmetal or HVAC licensure is required.
• Proven background in managing complex, high‑value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong understanding of job costing, project netting, and budget management.
• Ability to lead and maintain high morale within a small management team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate large-scale HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from inception to final inspection.
• Lead a tight-knit team of up to three Project Managers to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profits and trigger commissions.
• Ensure installations meet our 35-year quality standard and comply with all state/local codes.
