Qualifications

• Active Sheetmetal or HVAC license required.
• Proven background in managing high-value HVAC/sheet metal installations.
• Strong understanding of job costing, budgeting and financial controls.
• Ability to lead a small PM team and motivate personnel.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Oversee HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from inception to final inspection.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with a small team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Profitability & Efficiency: Manage project budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit margins.
