Qualifications

• When licensing is required, you must hold an active and valid Sheetmetal or HVAC license.
• Proven background in managing complex, high‑value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• A strong understanding of job costing, project netting, and budget management.
• Ability to lead and maintain morale within a small, established PM team.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Oversee HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from inception to final inspection.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate a small PM team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Profitability & Efficiency: Manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit margins and trigger commissions.
• Quality Control: Ensure installations meet the company 35-year standard and comply with codes.
