Job summary

Sora Resource Group seeks a Licensed Project Manager to lead HVAC and sheet metal installations in the Greater Boston area. Oversee a pipeline of projects up to $8 million annually, collaborating with a tight-knit PM team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations.

With a licensed HVAC or sheet metal background, you will manage budgets, labor, and materials while upholding our 35-year standards and local code compliance. This is a full-time leadership role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Sheetmetal or HVAC license.
• Proven background in managing complex, high-value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong understanding of job costing, project netting, and budget management.
• Ability to integrate into an established team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate HVAC and sheet metal installations from start to final inspection.
• Lead a small team of PMs to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and materials to maximize profitability.
• Ensure installations meet our standards and comply with codes.
