The ideal candidate holds an active HVAC or sheetmetal license, has experience managing high‑value installations, and understands job costing and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Licensure: active Sheetmetal or HVAC license.
• Experience: Proven background in managing complex, high-value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of job costing, project netting, and budget management.
• Leadership: Ability to step seamlessly into a well-established team and maintain high morale and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management from inception to final inspection.
• Collaborate within a small team of PMs to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage project budgets, labor, and materials to maximize profitability.
• Ensure installations meet code standards and quality requirements.
