• Active and valid Sheetmetal or HVAC license.
• Proven background in managing complex, high-value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong understanding of job costing, project netting, and budget management.
• Ability to lead and maintain morale within a small senior team.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Oversee HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from inception to final inspection.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with a tight-knit team of Project Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Profitability & Efficiency: Manage project budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit and trigger commission bonuses.
• Quality Control: Ensure installations meet high standards and comply with state and local codes.
