Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Project Manager – HVAC & Sheetmetal for the Greater Boston Area (Malden/Haverhill). The role oversees high-value HVAC and sheet metal installations totaling up to $8 million annually, with a tight three-person management team.

You will lead project budgets, labor, and materials, ensuring code compliance and profitability while maintaining our long-standing standards. Licensure and proven leadership in complex installations are required.

Qualifications

• Active Sheetmetal or HVAC license required.
• Proven experience managing large HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong budget, job costing and project netting understanding.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small project team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC and sheet metal installations from inception to inspection.
• Collaborate with a three-person PM group to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize profitability.
• Ensure installations meet state and local codes and quality standards.
