Job summary

Acloché LLC in Shelby, MT, seeks a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) for a dual outpatient and school-based role. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with a four 10-hour days option, serving children and adults in a rural setting.

You will provide counseling, develop treatment plans, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while enjoying strong benefits and a supportive, flexible workload.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Comfortable working with children; pediatric experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: school-based health center and main outpatient clinic.
• Develop treatment plans and document care per clinical standards.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with state and organizational requirements.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility in session length and approach.
