True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) to join our behavioral health team in Shelby, MT. The role combines outpatient clinic work with school-based services in a rural setting, offering flexibility and meaningful work with children and adults.

We provide a fully licensed clinical pathway, with a Monday–Friday schedule or four 10-hour days, and a competitive hourly wage of $33–$38 along with relocation incentive and sign-on bonus.

Formación

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willing and comfortable working with children.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient counseling to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: school-based health center and main outpatient clinic.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexible session lengths.
