The position offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday routine or four 10-hour days, with a competitive hourly wage of $33–$38 and strong clinical autonomy in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required and fully licensed.
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willingness to work with children; pediatric experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: School-based health center and main outpatient clinic.
• Develop treatment plans and document care in accordance with standards.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with ethical standards.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexible session lengths and approaches.
