Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Licensed Counselor to join a dual-site behavioral health team in Shelby, MT, serving both a school-based health center and an outpatient clinic. This role offers flexibility, autonomy in clinical practice, and meaningful work with children and adults.

The position requires an active LCPC or LCSW license, fully licensed only, and welcomes clinicians at all experience levels. Typical schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with option for four 10-hour days.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willing to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: School-based health center and Main outpatient clinic.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with all state and organizational requirements.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility in session length and treatment approach.
