Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) in Shelby, MT for a full-time position serving a school-based health center and a community outpatient clinic. The role offers flexible outpatient and school-based work with shared patient care across settings.

Responsibilities include providing counseling to children and adults, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, documenting care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed (no provisional licenses accepted).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willing to work with children; pediatric experience helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults
• Work across two settings: School-based health center (approximately 3 days per week) and Main outpatient clinic serving the general public
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with all state and organizational requirements
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility in session length and treatment approach
