United Future is seeking a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) to join our rural health team at a school-based health center and outpatient clinic in Shelby, MT. The role offers flexible scheduling between a school setting and outpatient care, with a focus on campers, children, and adults alike.

The position emphasizes autonomy in clinical practice, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and a meaningful, community-oriented workload.

Formación

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (candidate or provisional licenses not accepted).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willing and comfortable working with children (pediatric experience helpful but not required).

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: School-based health center (approx. 3 days/week) and Main outpatient clinic serving the general public.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with state and organizational requirements.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility in session length and treatment approach.
