Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking a part-time virtual clinician to deliver evidence-based therapy to K–12 students. You will collaborate with schools and families, complete assessments, and develop treatment plans while Hazel handles billing, referrals, and credentialing.

This flexible teletherapy role requires an active Colorado license and comfort with telehealth, aiming to expand access to pediatric mental health care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to high-quality pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
