Job summary

KingRecruitingServices seeks an Energy Center Operator in Morris, MN to oversee the plant's energy center operations on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will monitor process, ensure safety, quality, and efficient production, and collaborate with maintenance, QA, and plant staff to uphold procedures and improve performance.

Required Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher, basic MS Office skills, and experience with maintenance systems; strong communication and time-management

Qualifications

Must hold Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
Basic computer skills with MS Office suite.
Ability to work with computerized maintenance management system.
Effective written and spoken communication.
Time management skills.
Two-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor energy center processes safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with plant operations on shift handoffs and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant area.
Assist with maintenance and QA activities as required.
Take daily logs and monitor plant equipment performance.
