SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Boiler Operator to operate the plant Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift, ensuring maximum production, quality, and safety. The role requires a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work with a CMMS and DCS/PLC control systems.

You'll monitor processes, maintain logs, and assist with maintenance, QA, and safety programs, while ensuring policies and procedures are followed and the plant stays

Qualifikationen

• State of Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with a computerized maintenance management system.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Two-year college or technical/vocational school preferred or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Operate the Energy Center to maximize production, quality, and efficiency on a 12-hour rotating shift.
• Maintain safe, timely, and cost-effective plant operations.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure consistent operation and follow plant policies.
• Keep plant clean and organized; update operating procedures and training manuals.
• Work with DCS/PLC systems, take daily logs, and monitor equipment performance.
• Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Support QA processes, sample and test process streams, and maintain QA records.
• Participate in safety, health, and environmental programs and comply with regulations.
