Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is recruiting a Boiler Operator for our Minnesota facility. The role operates the Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift, ensuring maximum production, quality, and safety in line with company goals.

You will monitor process equipment, log daily operations, and support maintenance and QA programs. We require a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher, CMMS experience, and solid communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CMMS and plant process documentation
• Strong oral and written communication and time management
• Two-year college degree or technical/vocational background preferred (or 3 years experience)

Responsibilities

• Operate Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Maintain safe, timely, and cost-effective plant operation.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure consistent operation.
• Follow plant policies, keep the plant clean and organized.
• Assist with QA, maintenance, and safety programs as needed.
• Monitor and troubleshoot plant equipment and control systems.
• Support grain handling, shipping, and receiving areas.
