Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage the plant energy center, monitor processes, and operate on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will support safety, QA, maintenance, and process optimization across boilers, dryers, water treatment, and auxiliary equipment.

The role requires a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to use a CMMS. Effective communication and time management are essential to success.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
• Microsoft Office basic skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with computerized maintenance management system.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Preferred minimum degree from a two-year college or technical/vocational school, military background or 3 years work experience.

Aufgaben

• Energy Center operators work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Operate the process safely, timely, and cost effectively.
• Communicate with operators to ensure consistency across shifts.
• Follow all plant policies and procedures.
• Keep the plant clean and organized.
• Help maintain and update operating procedures and training manuals.
• Work with plant DCS & PLC control systems.
• Take daily logs on all plant equipment.
• Work with Boilers, Dryers, Water treatment and auxiliary equipment.
• Follow SOPs and parameters for boilers etc.
• Field monitor equipment and troubleshoot plant operation issues.
• Assist with maintenance and cleanliness of plant process areas and equipment.
• Assist with grain handling, shipping and receiving areas.
