Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage the Energy Center plant operations. You will monitor processes and equipment, ensuring maximum production, quality, and safety under a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

The role requires a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher, plus proficiency with MS Office and a CMMS. Strong communication and time management skills are essential to coordinate across shifts and maintain procedures.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Ability to work with computerized maintenance management system.

Responsibilities

• Operate Energy Center safely and efficiently on a 12-hour rotating shift.
• Communicate with other operators to ensure consistent operation across shifts.
• Follow plant policies and keep the plant clean and organized.
• Maintain and update operating procedures and training manuals for process operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot plant operation issues with boilers, dryers, water treatment and auxiliary equipment.
• Assist with grain handling, shipping and receiving areas as needed.
