Job summary

Onward Education is seeking a licensed BCBA to join a Minnesota school district for the 2026-2027 year. The role involves implementing behavioral strategies in school environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and monitor intervention plans, train staff, collect data, and communicate with families to ensure consistency across settings. On-site schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder or developmental delays.
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Strong collaboration and communication with school teams and families.
• Must meet licensure requirements for behavior analysts in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data.
• Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavior strategies.
• Create data collection systems to monitor student progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with parents to ensure consistency across environments.
