Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a partner school district in Shakopee, MN during an FMLA coverage. This onsite role emphasizes collaboration with educators, related service providers, and families to promote students' behavioral and educational success across PreK–8th grade.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional development and coaching for Special Education Case Managers and Paraeducators.
• Develop and implement interventions and evidence-based strategies to support student success.
• Collaborate on program development and provide consultation to educational teams.
• Collect and analyze student data to inform the development of positive behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to district Student Support Specialists.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student behaviors to identify effective intervention strategies.
